- Sensor on the relief valve for flood detection
- Lead Free* cast copper silicon alloy body construction, two poppet-style check valves, replaceable check seats, and an intermediate relief valve
- Maximum working pressure: 175 psi (12.06 bar)
- Separate access covers for the check valves and relief valve
- Bottom-mounted relief valve for reduced space requirements
- Top-mounted test cocks reduce installation clearances and make testing easier
- Innovative plastic seat guides and check valve plastic cover bushings for trouble-free guiding
- Integrates with the Sensor Control Monitor to deliver maintenance alerts to BAS via RS-485 Modbus or the Nexa platform by W-Fi connectivity
Series LF919 Lead Free* Reduced Pressure Zone assemblies feature a flood sensor using SentryPlus Alert® technology to detect continuous discharge from the relief valve. When paired with an add on connection kit, the sensor is activated to relay alerts for potential flooding events. Connection kit options include BMS, cellular communication, and the Sensor Control Monitor which enables integration with BAS via RS-485 Modbus or the Nexa® platform through Wi-Fi.
This series prevents the reverse flow of contaminated water caused by backsiphonage or backpressure from entering the potable water supply. Ideal for protection at health hazard cross-connections or for containment at the service line entrance. Its compact modular design facilitates maintenance and assembly access.
